Sliding Fee Scale
Trilogy offers a sliding fee scale for individuals with behavioral health needs who are uninsured or have low income. The sliding fee is based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines and household size.

- 0–149% of Federal Poverty Threshold: $0 per visit
- 150–199% of Federal Poverty Threshold: $30 per visit
- 200–250% of Federal Poverty Threshold: $60 per visit
- Over 250% of Federal Poverty Threshold: $100 per visit
