About Thisisaspect

Who Aspect is

Aspect Marketing is a HubSpot Solutions Partner helping B2B companies turn messy data into predictable revenue through HubSpot, RevOps strategy, and AI-powered automation.

Aspect was founded by Kevin Kyser, who has more than a decade of experience in HubSpot implementations, sales operations, and go-to-market strategy. The team includes:

  • Kevin Kyser — CEO
  • Aubrey Kyser — Head of Customer Success
  • Ryan Gore — Head of Sales
  • Margie Pachner — Head of Brand/Product

Aspect works with B2B teams ranging from one-person coaching businesses to public software companies. Its focus is HubSpot, RevOps, AI, and GTM.

How Aspect works

Aspect emphasizes senior people on every problem, operationally useful systems, transparent thinking and progress, and a clean handoff so clients can run their systems without Aspect.

The company describes its working principles as:

  • Ask why before how
  • Own the unsexy work
  • Win the messy middle
  • Keep steady hands
  • Leave egos out of the work
  • Show the work
  • Amplify, don't replace, human judgment with AI
  • Keep the team small and senior
  • Leave systems better than they were found

Aspect reports 150 portals audited and managed, more than 500 projects completed, and 12 years in HubSpot. It has a 5/5 rating from 24 reviews.

What Thisisaspect does

AI and agentic AI

Aspect builds AI agents inside a company's revenue engine and connects them to HubSpot and the client's real processes. The work begins with RevOps and data readiness rather than a model demonstration.

Agent types
  • Research and enrichment agents: Research companies, technology stacks, buying signals, and suggested talking points for inbound leads.
  • Routing and triage agents: Use context to route leads, tickets, and handoffs.
  • Follow-up and pipeline hygiene agents: Draft check-ins, flag stalled deals, and identify missing next steps.
  • Reporting and insight agents: Answer questions about performance using the client's actual data.
  • HubSpot Breeze configuration: Configure existing HubSpot Breeze capabilities before recommending new tools.

Agents include human approval where appropriate, logs, and a kill switch. Aspect starts customer communications in draft-for-approval mode; customers can decide whether agents later receive more autonomy.

AI engagement process

  1. AI Readiness Assessment: Identify where agents can provide the most value and what data needs to be fixed.
  2. Pilot, weeks 1–4: Test one agent and one workflow against a baseline.
  3. Prove and expand: Review pilot metrics before adding another agent.
  4. Run: Monitor, tune, and improve agents through ongoing operations support.

AI pilots start at $7,000, with a typical range of $7,000–$13,500. Ongoing agent operations can be included in RevOps as a Service or scoped separately.

Revenue operations services

Aspect helps teams clean up their data, connect their technology stack, identify unused features, improve pipeline reporting, and build revenue systems around how the team actually sells.

Fix and Build
  • HubSpot Implementation and Onboarding: Set up HubSpot based on the client's sales process.
  • Fix My HubSpot: A scored portal audit and roadmap for fixing HubSpot issues.
  • CRM Migration: Move from Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics, or spreadsheets to HubSpot while retaining history.
  • Integrations and Automation: Connect the technology stack and automate manual work.
  • AI and Agentic AI: Build AI agents for enrichment, routing, follow-up, and reporting inside the CRM.
Run and Grow
  • RevOps as a Service: Ongoing strategy, systems, reporting, and operational support for the revenue function.
  • Managed HubSpot: Fractional HubSpot administration.
  • GTM and Product Marketing Advisory: Positioning, messaging, and launch operations connected to the revenue engine.

Engagement process

  1. Discover: Audit the portal, technology stack, and revenue processes to identify gaps.
  2. Strategize: Create a prioritized roadmap based on pipeline goals.
  3. Implement: Configure HubSpot, integrations, and automation.
  4. Optimize: Monitor, report, and refine the systems over time.

Aspect's certified and supported tools include Aircall, Monday.com, Gorgias, Expertise.ai, PartnerStack, Dub, HubSpot Breeze, Claude/Anthropic, n8n, Make, and enrichment tools. Aspect says it will also advise clients which tools not to buy.

Aspect does not run paid advertising, provide branding or logo design, offer set-and-forget engagements, or recommend tools it has not run itself.

CRM Migration

Migration to HubSpot

Aspect migrates CRM data to HubSpot from Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics, or spreadsheets. The migration process addresses objects, fields, automations, data quality, and the differences between systems.

What's included
  • Source-system forensics
  • A migration blueprint identifying what will move, be archived, or be deleted
  • Data transformation and deduplication
  • Translation of existing automations into HubSpot logic
  • Parallel-run validation with reconciled records and reports
  • Team transition training for each role
Migration process
  1. Audit and blueprint, weeks 1–2: Map the source system, make data decisions, and plan the cutover.
  2. Test migration, week 3: Run a full dry run in a sandbox.
  3. Production migration, week 4: Complete the migration and validate record counts and reports.
  4. Cutover and training, week 5: Make the old system read-only, train the team, and provide support on standby.

Aspect says data is only lost when the client approves its removal in writing. Integrations connected to the old CRM receive a plan to reconnect, replace, or retire them.

Migration projects start at $5,500, with a typical range of $5,500–$18,000 depending on record volume, source system, and automation complexity. A combined migration and implementation package may cost less than purchasing both separately.

GTM Advisory

Go-to-market and product marketing advisory

Aspect provides positioning, messaging, launch planning, and GTM operations for B2B teams. The work connects strategy to the CRM and the systems that execute it.

What's included
  • Positioning and messaging: Define who the product is for, why it wins, and messaging grounded in pipeline data.
  • ICP definition: Encode the ideal customer profile in HubSpot through scoring, routing, and list logic.
  • Launch operations: Create launch plans with owners, dates, dependencies, and campaign infrastructure.
  • Sales enablement: Develop battlecards, one-pagers, and talk tracks.
  • GTM measurement: Build reporting to measure launch performance.
GTM process
  1. Diagnostic, weeks 1–2: Review pipeline data, win/loss information, and team interviews.
  2. Strategy sprint, weeks 3–5: Define and document positioning, messaging, and ICP.
  3. Systemize, weeks 6–8: Implement scoring, routing, sequences, and dashboards in HubSpot.
  4. Optional ongoing advisory: Continue to review GTM performance as the market, product, and pipeline change.

Strategy engagements start at $9,000, with a typical range of $9,000–$18,000. Ongoing advisory starts at $3,000 per month. GTM advisory is available as a standalone service, although Aspect says it pairs especially well with RevOps as a Service.

HubSpot Audit

Fix My HubSpot

Fix My HubSpot is a fixed-price, two-week audit of a HubSpot portal. Aspect provides a scored assessment and a prioritized roadmap for fixing the portal.

What's included
  • Full inspection of objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, forms, integrations, data hygiene, reporting, and permissions
  • A scored report card with benchmarks and explanations
  • A Fix List ranking issues by revenue impact and effort
  • A 90-day roadmap showing what to fix, in what order, and what each fix enables
  • A 60-minute walkthrough of the findings
Audit process
  1. Kickoff, day 1: The client grants portal access and answers questions about how the business sells.
  2. Inspection, days 2–8: Aspect reviews the portal without changing it.
  3. Report and roadmap, days 9–12: Aspect scores the portal and ranks the recommended fixes.
  4. Walkthrough, day 14: Aspect presents the findings and answers questions.

The audit costs $3,200 fixed. If the portal has more than 25 users or more than five integrated systems, Aspect will identify that before starting. If the client hires Aspect for a rebuild within 30 days, the audit fee is deducted from the project.

Super-admin, view-heavy access is required, and Aspect does not make changes during the audit. The roadmap is written so the client, an internal administrator, or another qualified provider can execute it.
