• Proprietary technology (Resale.com) is used to quickly list and manage mixed-lot inventory.

Ownership and Operations

• As of December 2022, TheClymb.com is operated by a new ownership entity that purchased the former parent company's assets.

Discount structure and pricing

• The Clymb focuses on offering significant discounts from typical retail pricing, with deals that can be as high as up to 90% off retail on selected items.
• Sales are typically limited-time and curated by industry experts, rather than listing every possible item.
• Pricing and availability can change frequently due to promotions and inventory changes.

For the current price of any specific item, refer to its product page on TheClymb.com, as prices and promotions are updated there first.

For the most up-to-date shipping options, carrier choices, or transit estimates for a specific order, refer to the checkout page and the order confirmation information on TheClymb.com.

Returns and exchanges

• Return window: The Clymb offers a 30-day return policy. Customers generally have 30 days from the date they receive an item to request a return.
• Item condition: Unless otherwise noted for a specific product, returned items are expected to be in their original condition, typically brand new and "New With Tags" (NWT), to qualify under the standard return policy.
• Eligible products: Most items can be returned, but certain categories or deeply discounted items may have additional restrictions or final-sale status as described on their product pages or in the full Return Policy.

For exact return instructions, including how to initiate a return, any applicable fees, and the full list of exclusions, customers should review the Returns Policy or contact The Clymb's customer support using the details on TheClymb.com.
