Tech Hub was built by operators with experience running infrastructure, leading security, owning roadmaps, and helping organizations avoid being steered by whoever was selling. Its advisors sit on the client's side of the table and measure success in business outcomes rather than invoices.

The team

Tech Hub's model covers four stages:

1. Clarify: Establish a shared view of the current AI environment, priorities, and opportunities.
2. Govern: Create policies, ownership, and controls for responsible AI adoption.
3. Activate: Translate strategy into practical pilots, automation, and workforce adoption.
4. Optimize: Measure performance, manage risk, and continuously improve the AI portfolio.

Risk and insurance readiness

Tech Hub reviews AI policies, data-handling standards, vendor due diligence, human oversight, model accountability, incident response, audit documentation, governance ownership, and insurance application readiness.

Tech Hub does not issue or underwrite insurance policies. Its role is to strengthen organizational controls, documentation, and governance that may support informed conversations with insurance and risk partners.
