Suvysoft is model-agnostic and recommends models according to the use case. AI agents typically take two to six weeks, while larger multi-agent setups take eight to twelve weeks. Client prompts, files, and outputs remain theirs through enterprise no-training contracts or the client's own infrastructure.

Kansas City metro clients may meet in person when useful. Remote clients receive the same weekly demos and single accountable lead. Pricing is based on project scope rather than location.

Engagement process

• A free, no-commitment website or project audit helps identify the smallest engagement that can deliver the needed outcome.
• Clients receive a written quote before work begins, tied to deliverables rather than hours.
• If scope changes, Suvysoft requotes in writing first.
• Kickoff occurs on day one, discovery takes place on days two through three, and a first preview URL or design draft is targeted for days four through five.
• Weekly demos continue through launch.

A marketing site usually launches in weeks, while an app or enterprise integration usually takes months. After launch, an optional managed retainer can cover hosting, backups, security patches, uptime monitoring, and incremental improvements. The retainer has no lock-in and may be canceled with 30 days' notice.
