• Inspecting each rug to determine appropriate repair and cleaning methods based on origin and construction.

These services apply to Oriental, Persian, antique, wool, silk and designer rugs.

Water and flood damage treatment

• The site states that flood and water damage require immediate care, because delays increase risk to the rug and to the household.

• Services may address issues such as excess moisture, odors, and the risk of mold or mildew.

Customers experiencing a leak or flood are encouraged to call promptly for emergency assistance.

Moth damage treatment

• The company explains that cloth moth larvae, not the flying moths, consume fibers such as wool, silk, feather and fur.
• They offer inspection and treatment for moth infestations and damage to rugs and, in some cases, window treatments.
• Recommendations may include both cleaning and repair of damaged areas.

Rug dyeing and color restoration

• The website notes that exposure to direct sunlight and heavy traffic can cause color fading, even in fine handmade rugs.
• The company offers rug dyeing and color restoration services, using techniques intended to enhance the rug's overall appearance and maintain an authentic look.
• There is discussion of different schools of thought for dyes (such as vegetable dyes) and the potential impact of certain dyes on wool, and the business positions itself as experienced in managing these issues.
