Steven H. McFarland

Steve is the founding Principal of RS Development and currently oversees acquisitions, planning and regulatory approvals, construction, as well as residential leasing and sales. He began his career in real estate in the 1980s and has been integral to the completion of over 50 projects since incorporating RS Development in 1988. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and an MBA, and is a member of several builders' and realtors' associations.

Irene Z. McFarland

Irene manages finance, commercial leasing, and asset management, and participates in acquisitions and project design at RS Development and McFarland Properties. With a substantial career in real estate investing and consulting, Irene has held executive roles at prestigious financial service firms and has taught real estate and finance courses at Monmouth University and Rutgers University. She holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA with a double major in Real Estate and Finance.
