## Client Engagement and Workflow

Outside encourages clients to start collaboration as early as possible. Ideally, this should occur alongside initial architectural planning so landscape design can influence and integrate seamlessly from the start. The company creates landscapes as a continuous process, combining design, construction, and long-term maintenance.

- Initial Consultation: Begins with a site visit to discuss current use, desired transformation, and primary goals.
- Design Process: Moves from site analysis through conceptual design to fully developed design documents, allowing for informed decision-making prior to construction.
- Long-term Garden Care: Focuses on ongoing maintenance to ensure gardens mature and evolve as intended, rather than decline.

Approach to Collaboration

- Comprehensive Involvement: Outside remains involved from the initial design through to lifelong garden care.
- Collaboration with other professionals: They can work with external architects and builders while maintaining focus on alignment between design and execution.
- Transparent Process: Clients are involved in key decisions, with Outside managing coordination to ensure thoughtful project advancement.
