Audit and Automate
For teams that know they are losing time but do not know which process to automate. OTAKOYI maps processes, scores opportunities by effort and payback, and provides a process map, prioritized roadmap, solution blueprints, and ROI model before development. The team then implements the three to six automations with the fastest payback.
Direct Build
For a clearly defined workflow. OTAKOYI scopes the work in one working session called a Zero Sprint, agrees on the implementation approach and price, and then builds without a team-wide discovery phase.
Delivery process
- Intro call: A free one- or two-call review of the process, tools, and time costs, followed by an honest go/no-go and recommended route.
- Scoping: Either a one- to two-week Automation Audit or a single Zero Sprint working session.
- Implementation: Three to six automations are put into production, tested, documented, and reviewed with user acceptance testing based on real operational cases. Team training is included.
- Go-live and monitoring: The handover includes a runbook and KPI baseline, plus 30 days of active monitoring.
- Optional AI Operations Care: Monthly optimization, a performance report, and support tiers of 8, 16, or 24 hours per month. The Premium tier also includes a quarterly business review.
Starting prices
- Foundation: From $3,600 for teams of 3–8, covering one or two simpler processes and up to four integrations. The audit-led path starts at $7,100.
- Growth: $7,900 for teams of 8–25, with a mix of simple, medium, and large workflows. The audit-led path starts at $11,400.
- Scale: $12,200 for teams of 25 or more, or complex technology stacks. The audit-led path starts at $15,700.
A tool without a ready-made connector may add $1,500–$3,000 to the Foundation option, priced during the intro call.
OTAKOYI states that clients receive complete ownership of the automations and code, including documentation, a credentials map, a runbook, and recorded training. There is no license or per-seat fee.

Managed Agentic Engineering
Managed Agentic Engineering (MAE)
Managed Agentic Engineering is OTAKOYI's methodology for building products with AI agents. It combines AI-assisted execution with senior engineering oversight, approved architecture, controlled checkpoints, testing, and documentation.
What clients can expect
- Architecture is approved before code is written.
- Every project is led by a senior full-stack engineer.
- AI agents execute tasks, while engineers make architectural decisions and review the work.
- Documentation is updated alongside the code.
- Key steps require an engineer's review before proceeding.
How MAE works
- Specification: Define the task and acceptance criteria.
- Plan before code: The agent proposes the architecture and approach, which the engineer reviews.
- Engineer approval: Work cannot proceed without confirmation.
- Controlled implementation: Modules are built and reviewed individually.
- Result verification: Each module is tested against the original specification.
- Documentation and release: Documentation is updated with the code before merge and deployment.
MAE uses a pod model with a product owner, a senior full-stack engineer, and AI QA agents. One AI QA agent generates test cases from the specification, while another runs them before the engineer reviews the results.
Discovery and risk control
Discovery is a fixed-scope, fixed-price stage used to clarify goals, architecture, integrations, risks, and unknowns before development begins. Success criteria are defined in measurable terms, and each identified risk is assigned an owner and date.
MAE is designed for work that has measurable success criteria and can be divided into small, independently verifiable modules. It is less suitable when success cannot be defined in advance, when a new architectural trade-off requires human judgment, when a client expects no human review, or when the project uses a stack far from an existing managed pattern library.
MAETON foundation
MAETON is OTAKOYI's ready technical foundation for MAE. It includes authentication, multi-tenancy, billing, queues, notifications, file storage, and a basic admin panel. OTAKOYI states that a new project can start approximately 70% complete at the foundation level.
