Intellectual property The client retains all right, title, and interest in software and other intellectual property developed by NTSprint LLC in connection with the services, including deliverables such as software, hardware, documentation, and other materials. NTSprint LLC receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for providing services to the client. Confidentiality and warranties Both parties must maintain the confidentiality of information disclosed in connection with the services and use reasonable care to protect it.
