Straight-line edging

• Seamed edges are available, as well as flat and pencil ground and polished edges.

Shaped edging and routing

• Two CMS Brembana CNC machines are used to edge shaped parts.
• These machines can route internal cut-outs and shapes.
• The equipment allows accurate marking of hole locations.
• An Intermac Master 23 CNC edger provides additional capacity for edging and shaping.

Drilling and holes

• Diamond-embedded drill bits are used, and the process drills from both the top and bottom to reduce chipping.
• Holes from 1/8" to 3" can be drilled.
• Larger openings and cut-outs over 3" can also be produced.

Mr Glass Tempering offers silkscreened glass for both functional and decorative applications.

• Silkscreened glass can be used to hide components such as the ballast of a light fixture or to create a distinctive visual effect.
• The process uses ground-up glass and a coloring agent to "paint" the glass surface.
• A lead-free frit is baked into the glass during the tempering process, helping to prevent chipping or flaking.
• Standard available colors include black, white, blue, satin etch and grey.
