MotionMobs was founded in 2010 in Birmingham, Alabama. The woman-founded, woman-owned, and woman-led Southeastern business has worked with mobile technologies and data integrations since 18 months after the inception of the App Store.

MotionMobs' work

MotionMobs advised on MVP product development, designed third-party integration architecture, led AI model selection and training, developed the custom web application, and created a roadmap for future features such as tenant services and property management.

Results and pricing model

Occupi is free for landlords and charges a small transactional fee when processing integrated payments through ACH, automated ACH, credit card, or debit card.

MotionMobs' work

MotionMobs consulted on Porter's existing web application and converted it into a Flutter mobile application. The new application maintained integrations with third-party software including HubTran and Factorsoft, while using the existing back-end database with a custom Flutter front end.

The work addressed load processing, fuel advances, delivery tracking, operational efficiency, data accuracy, and future technical and financial planning.
