Founders

Hoda Mahmoodzadegan – Founder Marketing executive turned entrepreneur, Hoda left corporate America to pursue self‑discovery and a healthier lifestyle, and discovered her passion for building Molly's Milk Truck. She is determined to provide premium quality, accessible, clean eats and never settles for anything less than the best.

Joseph Nierstedt – Savory Chef After graduating from Johnson and Wales University, Joseph worked at several of the world's finest restaurants, including The Fat Duck, Mugaritz and Per Se. He joined Hoda for the launch of the first brick‑and‑mortar location, Molly's Milk Truck Sweet and Savory, located at 214 Knickerbocker Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
