Marlow and Daughters is a whole animal butcher shop and prepared foods counter located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The shop works directly with local farms and purveyors to bring high-quality meat, produce, groceries, and prepared foods to the neighborhood.

The shop was created out of a desire to serve 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef for the burgers and steaks at Diner. To access the beef they wanted, the team began buying whole animals directly from farmers and breaking them down themselves.
