Jacobsen Salt Co.

Founded in 2011, we harvest salt from the cold, pristine waters of Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast. Our bright, briny, and crunchy sea salt is a reflection of this bay and our attentive salt making process.

We focus on taste, texture, and color to make exceptional salts with a clean, briny flavor and no bitter aftertaste.

What we make

• Hand-harvested flake sea salt from Netarts Bay
• Kosher sea salt and fine sea salt made from the same Netarts Bay brine
• Infused sea salts and seasonings
• Pantry staples such as honey and caramels

Our salts are used by home cooks, chefs, and specialty shops across the country.
