Carlos A. de la Torre

• Founding Principal of H+dlT Collaborative with more than 30 years of architectural experience.
• Focuses on merging design and function for projects of all scopes and sizes.
• Has extensive experience working with developers and brokers on feasibility analyses, proformas and site assessments.
• Earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Architecture as a Presidential Scholar from the University of New Mexico.
• Studied abroad at the Universidad de Granada in Spain while completing his Master of Architecture.
• Early experience in his father's architectural practice helped shape his design vision, visible in hospitality and mixed-use buildings as well as custom residential work.
• Seeks to create designs that respond to a client's vision, site context, environment, budget and market trends, with an emphasis on innovative design opportunities that support long-term success and value.

Micaela Adams, AIA – Sr. Project Manager

• Experience in biomedical research facilities and educational facilities in Native American communities in northern New Mexico.
• Now based in Seattle, with a focus on bringing the Pacific Northwest environment into single-family and multi-family residential design.
• Enjoys spending time outdoors and with family and pets.

Christian Baugher – Project Manager

• Has been with H+dlT since 2018.
• Brings over a decade of residential architecture experience across the east and west coasts.
• Based in West Seattle and active in the local community.
