The about page states: "In 1950, two brothers opened an auto body repair shop near downtown Minneapolis," and the home page says the company "has been proudly serving Minneapolis and surrounding communities since 1950" and cites "over 75 years of experience." The about page adds that the team "is directly managed by local owners."

Warranty language, quoted as published: the home page lists "Lifetime Warranty on Metalwork and Paint Repairs" among its value-add services; the about page says Hagen's "offers complete auto body repair, warrantied for life"; and the services page says "We guarantee anything we touch." The site publishes no further warranty terms, conditions, exclusions or claim procedure, so nothing beyond these phrases should be stated.
