What is included in the rental payment

Upfront cost and ongoing payments

• All returns are scheduled for 8:00–9:00 a.m. on the day of return.
• If the vehicle is returned late, the renter is subject to a $150 penalty.

• Driver must be at least 21 years old.
• Driver must have at least 3 years of driving experience.

Required licenses and documents

Drivers are expected to have the following documentation:

• A valid driver's license issued in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut or Pennsylvania.
• A TLC driver's license issued in New York.
• A Social Security card.
• A valid DDC (6‑hour Defensive Drivers Class Certificate).
• Proof of address from the last month, which can only be:
• A utility bill, or
• A bank statement.
