Forge Studio is a fully remote design studio headquartered in San Francisco, with designers distributed across the United States. It was founded by Scott Perket, a design leader, founder, and systems thinker with more than 25 years of experience across consumer and enterprise products, from zero-to-one startups to global platforms.

Working With Forge

Engagement approach

Forge is a design studio rather than a traditional agency or staffing firm. Senior designers embed in a client's workflow from day one, without an account-manager buffer or specification handoff. Staff augmentation can include L4–L8 designers who ship from the first week.

Every designer is vetted; approximately 80–90% of applicants do not make it through the selection process. Most engagements start within one to two weeks, supported by an active pool of vetted senior designers ready to embed.
