Ferguson Plumbing/PVF - Niles, IL

Ferguson's location page for Niles, Illinois labels this site with two words: Plumbing/PVF and Warehouse. The breadcrumb on the page reads "NILES , IL 60714-4252 - Plumbing/PVF". Plumbing/PVF is the category Ferguson uses on its site for plumbing and pipe, valve and fitting supply branches. This is a branch listing page rather than a showroom page; what it publishes is the address at 7337 N Harlem Avenue, the phone 847-647-7483, the fax 847-647-7541 and the weekday hours.

The only descriptive paragraph on the page is a heading called ABOUT OUR LOCATION, and the wording there is Ferguson's site-wide text rather than copy written about Niles. It states that Ferguson "is the largest distributor of residential and commercial plumbing products, offering water heaters, pumps, pipe, valves, fittings, equipment, faucets, fixtures and accessories". Because that sentence is repeated across Ferguson location pages, it is not a statement of what sits on the shelf at this address. Stock and product availability at the Niles branch have to be confirmed with the counter.

Ferguson's Counters page describes what a Ferguson trade counter is set up to do, and is the published context for the Plumbing/PVF branch in Niles, IL. It states that "Trade pros across multiple industries rely on their local Ferguson Counter for access to quality products backed by expert service from people who know what it takes to get the job done" and that "Our counters are set up to meet the individual needs of your trade." The page lists counter types by trade: Plumbing Counters, HVAC Counters, Fire and Fabrication Counters, Waterworks Counters and Commercial/Mechanical Counters. The Niles location is categorised on Ferguson's site as Plumbing/PVF.

The products grouped under that Counters page are faucets, faucet repair parts, fittings, janitorial, lighting, pipes and tubing, sinks, toilets and urinals, valves and water heaters. That is Ferguson's national grouping, not an inventory list for 7337 N Harlem Avenue. The Niles page publishes no stock and no availability at all, so what is actually held at this branch must be confirmed with the counter on 847-647-7483.

Ferguson publishes no prices, rates or fees for the Niles, IL Plumbing/PVF branch. There is no price list, no cost table, no published fee schedule and no quote form attached to the location page for 7337 N Harlem Avenue. Pricing on ferguson.com is tied to an account: Ferguson's Counters page tells customers to "Log in to ferguson.com to see accurate product availability and pricing specific to your account". A price or an estimate for this branch therefore comes from the branch or from a logged-in account, never from the public page.

The published route to get a price, a quote or an estimate for materials from the Niles counter is to phone 847-647-7483 during the branch hours of 0630 - 1600, Monday to Friday, or to use the Text or Email contact options shown on the branch page.
