About Epiphanydynamics
Company
Epiphany Dynamics is an AI automation agency for small and growing service businesses. It was founded in Nashville by Patrick Gibbs and is owned and run by Patrick and Kim Gibbs. The company was founded in December 2025 and is registered in Tennessee.
Epiphany Dynamics is remote-first and works with businesses worldwide. Its focus is on owner-run service businesses, generally with roughly 5 to 50 people, that need technology to pay for itself.
Approach
- Pay for itself: Systems should save time or make money within 30 days; Epiphany Dynamics does not sell "science projects."
- Understand first: Every system starts with how the business actually works.
- Honesty over hype: If AI is not the right solution, Epiphany Dynamics says so.
- Same partner: The company stays involved as the business changes rather than handing clients to new vendors.
Leadership
- Patrick Gibbs: Founder. He scopes every project and is the person clients contact after launch.
- Kim Gibbs: Co-owner. She handles outreach and client onboarding.
There are no account-manager handoffs after launch.

Prices
Free AI Operations Audit
The process begins with a free 30-minute audit about a normal week in the business. The business owner explains what is still done by hand and where the work is causing problems.
After the audit, Epiphany Dynamics provides a written plan and a fixed price for the first build. The plan belongs to the client whether or not they proceed, and there is no obligation.
Project pricing
Every build is a fixed-price project quoted in writing after the audit. Epiphany Dynamics does not publish a price list because each project is scoped to the client's tools and workflow.
Ongoing support is optional and priced with the build. Third-party costs, including phone lines and API usage, are billed to the client's own accounts at cost.
Timing
- Simple AI Front Desk or lead follow-up systems can often launch in 5 to 10 business days.
- Broader or more complex workflow automation generally takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on integrations and testing.
Client involvement and support
Clients typically provide a login or two and answer setup questions during the first couple of days. Epiphany Dynamics handles the build end to end, so clients do not need to touch code, servers, or settings.
Builds include agreed launch timing, testing, and support for improvements as real calls, leads, and customer interactions come through. The person who built the system supports it; there are no account managers.

AI Agent Deployment
What an AI agent does
An AI agent uses information and instructions to choose permitted actions toward a defined goal. It can connect to tools such as calendars, inboxes, CRMs, phone systems, invoicing platforms, and forms. Stored state can preserve progress between steps, while long-term conversational memory depends on the task.

Unlike a basic chatbot, an agent can interpret context and choose among permitted actions. Approval rules, result checks, and human handoffs are configured as part of the workflow.
Deployment approach
Epiphany Dynamics:
- Maps the workflow, including incoming requests, connected systems, permitted actions, and approval points.
- Selects the agent platform and model based on channels, tools, budget, and risk tolerance.
- Installs and configures the agent on infrastructure or accounts controlled by the client.
- Sets memory, permissions, guardrails, approvals, logging, and monitoring.
- Tests and refines the agent during its first real interactions.
Routine lookups and bookings may run automatically. Actions involving money, publishing, deleting data, or speaking for the business can require human approval.
Agent options
- Hermes Agent: An open-source, self-hosted assistant for team chat, recurring research, reporting, and data handling.
- OpenClaw: An open-source, self-hosted agent that can operate existing tools through messaging channels.
- Grok Bot: A hosted xAI option for a no-server AI teammate.
- Prime Agent: An open-source developer engine used to build and maintain agents and integrations; it is not intended as a front-desk agent.
Epiphany Dynamics chooses the platform based on the client's actual workflow rather than asking most business owners to select one themselves.
Security and ownership
Agents are configured on private or locked-down infrastructure where possible, with authentication enabled. Credentials remain in the client's accounts, and consequential actions can require approval. Community add-ons are reviewed and versions are pinned. Clients retain control of their accounts and access, with documentation included in the handoff.
Agents can communicate through channels including SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, email, and website chat, depending on the workflow.

AI Rescue
What AI Rescue is
AI Rescue diagnoses and repairs AI and automation systems that are broken, unfinished, abandoned, or no longer working as intended. This includes chatbots, voice agents, n8n, Make, and Zapier workflows, CRM automations, and custom builds from other vendors.
Examples include chatbots that give incorrect answers, follow-up sequences that stopped sending, integrations that broke after a software update, undocumented projects, and builds abandoned before launch.
How it works
- The client describes what the system was supposed to do, when it stopped working, and what access is available.
- Epiphany Dynamics investigates the live system rather than relying only on the original proposal.
- The client receives a written diagnosis explaining what is broken, why, and whether the system is worth saving.
- Epiphany Dynamics provides a fixed-price quote to repair or replace it.
- The system is repaired or rebuilt, tested against real cases, and returned with a diagram, documentation, and credentials in the client's own vault.
There is no hourly billing or open-ended scope. If the system is not worth saving, the quote can cover a replacement instead, and the client decides whether to proceed.
Result
AI Rescue is intended to restore the system's original purpose while ensuring the client receives the access, passwords, documentation, and diagrams needed to avoid dependence on one vendor. If access to the old system cannot be recovered, the diagnosis explains that and may recommend a clean rebuild on accounts controlled by the client.
