Elite HVACS Furnace, AC and Plumbing Repair

The About Us page states that Elite HVACs is staffed by "trained and certified technicians" and describes them as "NATE-certified professionals." The page does not name a specific Illinois contractor licence number, a business registration number, or any bonding or insurance coverage — none of these appear on the pages read for this profile, and no year the company was founded or "years in business" figure is published either. The About Us page describes the company as "a locally focused company" serving Skokie, Illinois and the greater Chicago area, and states it serves both residential and commercial customers. It repeats operational claims used elsewhere on the site: same-day service where possible, 24-hour emergency support for urgent situations, free second opinions, and financing "through approved lenders" for larger projects. The page also states "Our pricing is presented clearly so you can make informed decisions with confidence," without publishing a price list or rate sheet. Because no licence number, registration number, insurance or bond information, or years-in-business figure is published on the site, none of those specifics should be stated to a caller; if asked, the accurate answer is that the company does not publish that information online and the caller should ask the business directly.

The Water Heater Replacement and Installation service page states that Elite HVACS installs and repairs multiple types of water heaters, including traditional tank models, tankless systems, gas units, and electric heaters, for homes and businesses in Skokie and the greater Chicago area. The page states the company's technicians are NATE-certified and that the company "handles every aspect from sizing and selection to professional installation and testing." Related services listed elsewhere on the site under Plumbing include tankless water heater installation and repair, water heater repair, and water heater replacement and installation. The page also repeats general claims used elsewhere on the site: same-day service and 24-hour emergency availability, "upfront pricing with no surprises," and that the company "stand[s] behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee and service warranties." The site does not publish the specific length or terms of any guarantee or warranty, so a customer should be told to ask the business for written terms rather than be given an assumed duration. For a water heater quote, estimate, or to schedule installation or repair, the site directs customers to call 708-578-7823 or use the "Book Now" button; general contact is also available at 773-992-1647.

Lists Chicago and Skokie as a location. Names Illinois, Chicago, and Skokie as a service area. Areas beyond these are not published.

As of this reading, the Specials page at elitehvacs.com/specials/ lists several current offers, each stated to expire on 05/31/2026 and each stated to be non-combinable with other offers: a $99 heating or A/C tune-up (listed as "regularly $135"); up to $400 off a complete HVAC system; $50 off HVAC repair; $50 off water heater installation; a referral rewards program; a free smart thermostat with a signed maintenance agreement; and a free second opinion. Note: the page also repeats an "Up to $400 Off Complete HVAC System" heading a second time with a different description referencing "$3000 off your heat pump installation" — that description does not match its own heading, so the $3000 figure should be treated as unverified rather than a confirmed offer amount. To redeem a current offer the site provides a "Redeem Now" link per offer and directs customers to call 708-578-7823 or 773-312-9090, or to use the site's "Get Your Instant Quote" request. Because listed offers carry a fixed expiration date and terms can change, a customer asking about price, cost, or a quote should be told to call and confirm the current offer amount and its exact expiration rather than assuming it still applies.

The company's Membership page describes an "Elite HVAC Service Membership" program (also referenced on the site's navigation as "ELITE CLUB") covering heating and cooling equipment. According to the page, members receive scheduled maintenance visits timed for seasonal demand, with technicians following checklists to evaluate and adjust systems. The page states members get priority service scheduling, meaning they are moved ahead in line when unexpected issues come up, and that the company offers same-day service "whenever available" and 24-hour emergency support. The page also states that additional benefits "may include reduced service rates, discounts on repairs, and preferred pricing on parts or upgrades, depending on the plan selected," and that all benefits are "clearly explained upfront." The site does not publish specific membership tiers, membership fees, or the exact contents of each maintenance visit, so a customer asking what a plan costs or exactly what it includes should be directed to call and ask rather than given a number. To join a membership, book maintenance, or schedule an appointment, the website directs visitors to call 708-578-7823 or use the "Book Now" button.
