This is one location in a national chain, and the services above are the ones the Milwaukee Avenue page itself lists. Chain-wide pages describe further services including towing services and on-site rental. The location page does not publish a price, cost, rate or fee for any of these services, and it does not publish how long any individual repair takes. To ask about a specific repair, call the shop on (773) 777-8900 or use the Crash Champions booking and appointment pages. Names Illinois and Milwaukee as a service area. Areas beyond these are not published. ## Prices Crash Champions does not publish prices, price lists, rates or fees for collision repair on the Milwaukee Avenue location page or on the chain's service pages. There is no cost figure of any kind for a bumper, a panel, paint work, glass, an ADAS calibration or any other job, so no price or estimate can be given without the shop looking at the vehicle. What the site does publish about estimates: the estimate is free. The Milwaukee Avenue page says free estimates are available at the counter on weekdays, with Saturday morning hours for drop-offs and quick estimates, and it asks customers to call ahead to schedule a time. The chain's Free Professional Estimate page says a free professional on-site estimate is arranged by calling the local repair centre or the Crash Champions Customer Care Center on 866-730-5464, and that the team coordinates the estimate. The repair process page states that estimates are always free. The process pages describe the estimate as staged rather than final at first contact: a service advisor initiates a preliminary estimate at vehicle intake, and the estimate details are finalised after a complete disassembly and damage analysis, before parts are ordered. For a quote on a specific vehicle, the route published is to call this location on (773) 777-8900, or book an appointment through the Crash Champions booking page. Payment methods listed for this location are all major credit cards, debit cards, insurance direct pay and cashier checks, and the page advertises flexible payment options applied for through the chain's partner Sunbit. The page says free estimates are available at the counter on weekdays, that Saturday morning hours are for drop-offs and quick estimates, and asks customers to call ahead to schedule a time. Among the facility features listed for this location are drop-off after hours, on-site rental car pickup, free customer parking and an ADA accessible entrance. English and Spanish are listed as languages spoken. The chain-wide repair process is described in ten steps across four phases. Assess: vehicle intake and pre-scan, where a service advisor reviews damage, starts a preliminary estimate and pre-scans onboard diagnostic codes; disassembly and damage analysis; then the repair plan is finalised alongside the insurance carrier and parts are ordered. Repair: body and structural repair, paint and refinish using manufacturer supplied colour codes, then reassembly. Verify: ADAS calibration and post-scan, then quality assurance and a repair walkthrough. Deliver: every repair includes a wash and detail before the service advisor contacts the customer to arrange pickup. Repair status can be checked through the Crash Champions repair status page. The site does not publish a turnaround time for this location that should be relied on, and any timeline is described as something the shop walks through at the estimate. The Milwaukee Avenue page states the shop is I-CAR Gold Class certified, describing that as the highest training tier from the collision-repair industry's independent training body, requiring ongoing training on current vehicle technology including ADAS calibrations. The certifications carousel on this location page carries exactly one badge, Gold Class. No OEM or manufacturer certification is named for this location, and ASE certification is not claimed anywhere on the page. Chain-wide material states that Crash Champions holds OEM certifications across the industry, but that is a chain statement and no specific manufacturer certification is listed for the Milwaukee Avenue shop. Warranty. The site's wording, verbatim, is a "written lifetime guarantee" that "follows the vehicle for as long as you own it". The location FAQ says the guarantee "covers the workmanship for the life of your ownership". The chain warranty page says Crash Champions backs all repair work performed by its technicians at any Crash Champions repair center nationwide with a written lifetime guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle. That is the whole of what is published; nothing beyond that wording should be restated as a guarantee, and the actual terms are in the written document the shop provides. Insurance. The page says the shop "works directly with most major insurance providers" and coordinates supplements, parts approvals and claim documentation. A separate footer banner reads "All Insurance Accepted", which conflicts with that. Whether a particular insurer is accepted, or a repair covered, has to be confirmed with the shop and the insurer. Facility features listed include a climate controlled paint booth, ADAS calibration equipment, frame straightening equipment and computerized color matching, plus a waiting area, free WiFi and complimentary beverages. The page's review figures are inconsistent, showing 4.4 out of 5 with 0 reviews in one place and 4.8 with 247 reviews in a footer banner, so no rating or review count is reliable from this page. Repair bay, square footage, technician count and year opened are shown as blank placeholders.
