He started writing software with his sister as work he could do from home. The company has grown beyond the two siblings but remains a small team of craftsmen developers. CKCollab says a degree is optional for its team; the ability to build and care about the person on the other side of the project is essential. Mission CKCollab builds custom software for labs, startups, and operators who have outgrown templates and need something that does not exist off the shelf. The team focuses on the product in users' hands, chooses technology suited to each project, provides honest timelines, and stays involved until launch. CKCollab helps startups and growing businesses create, improve, or fix their apps, working from the customer's problem to find ways to solve it. The viewer streams large digital slides and supports deep zoom. CKCollab is also adding AI image analysis with HIBOU and PathoSAM to help flag and segment tissue and aid diagnosis. Build Cities CKCollab built a React Native Expo mobile app and an AI search layer for Build Cities. The search uses OpenAI with the client's existing FalkorDB civic graph for RAG-style retrieval. CKCollab did not build CivicOS itself; it built the mobile client and search layer. Atchima For Atchima, a mobile-money company in Mali, CKCollab fixed bugs, strengthened security, and supervised the app's transition to launch. The platform focused on NFC card-based payments for public transport and improving financial access for Mali's unbanked population. The web and mobile applications used Django for the backend and Vue.js for the frontend. CodaLab CKCollab reworked CodaLab with Docker containers to enable multilingual code submissions for AI competitions. The project used Docker, Python, Django, and S3, and supported research, education, and advanced competition use cases. Git Streak Tracker Git Streak Tracker is an iOS side project that encourages developers to code daily by turning commit history into streaks. It was built with Swift and Django and hosted on Heroku. Other projects CKCollab's other listed work includes Truffle Shuffle, Trailhead, VR Skydiving, and Omarchy. Source: https://ckcollab.com
