Garrett Hite, Account Manager, License #20549718: no biography is published for him. Maureen White, Customer Service Manager, License #17171684: she says she relocated to Portland in 2020, has worked for State Farm Agents since 2014, and is licensed in Auto, Fire, Commercial, Life and Health insurance.

The Our Team section states "a collective insurance experience of over 30 years" across the office, and that its licensed professionals help with auto, homeowners, renters, life and small business coverage.

The agency's stated mission is "to become your first choice for your insurance needs by establishing a personal relationship with you and helping you understand the risks you face every day."

That figure appears on the home page and on the reviews page, with a link to view the reviews on Google. It is the business's own published figure at the time of reading and it changes as new reviews arrive.

The reviews page reproduces individual customer reviews under the heading "What our customers say about us...", each with a reviewer name, a date and a star rating out of 5. The most recent one shown is dated August 20, 2026. Most of the displayed reviews are 5 out of 5, but the page is not filtered to positive reviews only: a 1 out of 5 review from Alen Cedeño dated August 19, 2026 reads in full "Answer whenever you want".
