Occupied home staging

• Hands-on property styling service for homes where the seller remains in residence.
• Casa By Craft combines the seller's existing items with its own inventory of furnishings, art and accessories.
• All occupied listings begin with the Pre-listing Home Consultation to prepare the home.
• After the consultation, Casa By Craft brings in any additional furniture, art and accessories needed to create a buyer-ready, photo-friendly space.
• Starting price: $3,000.

Vacant staging services

• Designed for fully vacant or empty homes.
• Includes full staging of furniture, rugs, artwork, plants and accessories to showcase the property.
• Typically focuses on key rooms such as:

• bathrooms
• Additional rooms can be added as needed.
• Starting price: $4,000.

Investment property consultation

• Intended for "fix and flip" or other investment properties undergoing renovation.
• Helps you determine where renovation and staging funds are best spent so money is not wasted on updates buyers are unlikely to notice.
• Recommended before starting renovation work.
• If you later choose Casa By Craft for vacant staging after the remodel is complete, $300 is discounted from one of the vacant staging packages.
