Brel's Custom Painting LLC

• Professional drywall installation and finishing for interiors.
• Use of fiber-reinforced tape and setting-type compounds engineered to better withstand Denver's freeze-thaw cycles and normal settling.
• Large and small repairs, including fixing cracks, holes and water-damaged areas.
• Careful sanding, patching and blending so repairs are structurally sound and visually seamless.

Wall texturing

• Matching common textures such as orange peel, knockdown and custom hand-troweled finishes.
• Use of pneumatic equipment to closely match existing spray density and finish.
• Focus on eliminating visible "flashing" so repairs are not noticeable, even under bright lighting.

Dust and cleanup practices

• Use of HEPA-filtered vacuum sanders to reduce airborne dust during sanding.
• Masking and protection of work areas to safeguard the home.
• "Zero-trace" cleanup policy: the goal is that the only evidence of work is the repaired and repainted surfaces.

Carpentry and wood repair

• Light carpentry integrated into painting projects to ensure a sound substrate.
• Structural wood restoration, including identifying and replacing moisture-damaged or rotting boards.
• Precision trim installation for items such as crown molding, baseboards and other interior or exterior trim details.
• Use of high-performance fillers and specialized compounds to seal cracks and imperfections prior to painting.
• Repairs are planned with Colorado's climate in mind, aiming to withstand intense UV exposure and significant temperature swings.

Customers can request these services as part of a painting project or as stand-alone work, depending on the needs discussed during the estimate.
