Client data is not used to train models for other clients without explicit consent. Bounce Technologies supports private-cloud and on-premise deployments hosted within the UAE and wider GCC, including self-hosted open models and private infrastructure for residency or compliance requirements.

Ongoing support

After launch, Bounce Technologies provides MLOps support, including monitoring, retraining and continuous improvement to help prevent model drift.

For autonomous agents, the company uses scoped permissions, sandboxing, action limits, human approvals, tracing and observability. High-stakes actions can remain subject to human oversight.
