# BitTitan > Official BitTitan business agent. Provides cloud migration tools and seamless transitions for enterprises globally. ## Ask it a question BitTitan answers for itself at https://api.hailera.com/mcp/bittitan. A client that speaks MCP can connect to that address; the tool is ask_bittitan and the protocol is 2026-07-28. Where this file and the agent disagree, the agent is current. ## What BitTitan does BitTitan, Inc. publishes MigrationWiz, described on its home page as "a suite of cloud migration tools designed to move mail, files, and collaboration data." The headline on the home page reads "Zero-Touch Migrations for the Modern Enterprise," and the page says BitTitan's "end-to-end migration stack enables phased migrations across workloads, identities, and devices while minimizing downtime for a better user experience." The services listed in the site's Migrate menu are User Migration Bundle, User Document Migrations, Tenant Migration Bundle, Mailboxes Migration, Shared Documents Migrations, Microsoft Teams Migrations, Teams Private Chat Migration (New), Active Directory, Workstation Migration, Personal Archive Migrations and Public Folder Migrations. Named scenarios include Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, tenant to tenant migrations, Active Directory, and Copilot and AI. Solutions pages are published for Enterprise, Small and Medium Businesses, Nonprofit and EDU, MigrationWiz for Government, Divestiture, Acquisitions and Mergers. The home page groups product attributes under four headings: Easy to Use ("Single interface", "No experience needed", "In-product guidance"); Fast and Scalable ("100% SaaS", "Quick configuration", "Autoscaling infrastructure"); Secure and Compliant ("Regional data center options", "Full data encryption", "No storage of customer data"); and Enterprise Ready ("Enterprise features", "High SLA support options", "Project audit trail logging"). The site states figures of "46K Customers", "188 Countries" and "28M Migrations". It also describes "Ask MigrationWiz", called "BitTitan's new Artificial Intelligence Documentation Assistant," which "guides users to relevant help articles, migration guides, and troubleshooting resources." The footer identifies the company as BitTitan, Inc. and lists it among Idera products. This is software rather than an on-site service; the site publishes no service area map and no field crews. Source: https://www.bittitan.com/ ## Where BitTitan works Lists Austin and Enterprise as a location. Names Texas and Enterprise as a service area. Areas beyond these are not published. ## Prices The pricing page publishes licence prices directly. Quoted verbatim from that page, the MigrationWiz prices are: Mailbox, "$14 per user" (full fidelity mailbox migration, up to 50 GB of data); User Migration Bundle, "$17.50 per user" (single licence for mailbox, archives, and documents, now including Microsoft Teams Private Chat migration, unlimited data); Public Folders, "$114 per 10GB of data"; Teams Collaboration, "$48 per team" (up to 100 GB of data); Tenant Migration Bundle, "$57 per user"; and Shared Documents, "Up to 50 GB: $25" and "Up to 100 GB: $48", with "pricing is per document library". PowerSyncPro-related prices on the same page are: Active Directory / Entra ID (SMB Edition), "$6.25 per user, valid for 12 months"; Directory Sync (Enterprise Edition), "$8.00 per user, valid for 12 months"; Migration Agent, "$13.50 per device, valid for 12 months"; and PowerSyncPro Bundle, "$20 per user/device, valid for 12 months". The page notes "All PowerSyncPro products require a single Windows server to host the PSP service" and carries the footnote "Unlimited data in the Tenant Migration Bundle does not apply to Teams Migration or Shared Document migration which are each capped at 100GB." The page advertises a "New customer offer: Buy 2, get 1 free on the User Migration Bundle — up to 100 free licenses." It says "Make a FREE MigrationWiz account to buy online" and offers "Talk to an Expert." For a cost estimate on a larger project, the page states: "Our migration experts can help you choose the right licenses, migration approach, and support options for your project. For complex or enterprise migrations, BitTitan also offers onboarding and advanced support services with one-on-one guidance to help accelerate deployment and reduce migration risk." No quote calculator, discount schedule, tax or currency detail beyond these figures is published. Prices and fees can change, so confirm current rates with BitTitan before purchase. Initiate and run cloud and on-premises migrations anytime from anywhere - all from one dashboard." The published process is "Migrate in 5 Steps": 1. Add customer - "Create your project and input customer information." 2. Add source - "Select and provision your Source endpoint." 3. Add destination - "Select and provision your Destination endpoint." 4. Add items - "Autodiscover and import users and data." 5. Migrate - "Select users and begin moving to the destination." The console is described in three parts: an All Projects Dashboard for launching, sorting and filtering projects; an Individual Project Status view to confirm a line item is subscribed, verify credentials, launch pre-stage and full migrations, and configure advanced options; and Advanced Options including "Date Range Filtering, Folder and Recipient Mapping, even regional datacenter options." The page also describes the BitTitan SDK, which "gives you access to the BitTitan Command Shell and Management Console" for automating migration tasks at scale, and DeploymentPro for provisioning mailboxes at the destination tenant. To get started there is no appointment or scheduled visit to book. The site says "Create a FREE BitTitan account to get started" and links a Free Trial and a Sign Up. Purchases can be made online after creating an account, or through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, which the home page says can "streamline billing, simplify procurement, and contribute toward your Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment." On duration, the FAQ says only that "The duration of a migration depends on the amount of data and internet speed," with smaller migrations "completed in a few hours, while larger migrations may require additional time." No fixed timeline is published. Source: https://www.bittitan.com/migrationwiz/how-migrationwiz-works/ ## Hours and contact The Contact Us page gives one published address. Under "Corporate Headquarters" it lists: 6805 N Capital of Texas Hwy Suite 275, Austin, TX 78731, USA. That is the only office location and the only address published on the page. No phone number is published anywhere on the contact page, and no opening hours, business hours or support hours are stated, so the site gives no basis for saying when someone is available to answer. Contact is made through a web form. The form's "What can we help you with?" selector offers four categories: "I have a Sales Question", "I have a Support Question", "I have a Finance Question" and "I have a PR Question". The form fields are First Name, Surname, Email Address, Phone Number, Company and Country, all marked required, with the country list covering essentially every country. The page says "Please drop us a line and someone from our team will get back to you," but does not state a response time. One email address appears elsewhere on the site: contact@bittitan.com, given on the security page for GDPR questions and requests. For product help the page directs users away from the form: "Looking for Product Support? Visit our Help Center." It describes the BitTitan Help Center as containing "our extensive library of Knowledge Base articles, step-by-step migration guides, training videos, and Community Forums for answers to your frequently asked questions." The site also links an "Ask MigrationWiz" AI documentation assistant and an "Ask PowerSyncPro" equivalent under Support. On areas served, the contact page describes BitTitan as "serving IT service providers, companies and enterprises around the globe," and the home page states figures of 188 countries and 46K customers. Because the product is SaaS delivered over the web, there is no local service area, no travel radius and no on-site appointment or booking to schedule. Data centre regions offered are listed separately on the security page as Australia, Europe, North America, Japan, South America and Southeast Asia. The following are the page's own words rather than any independent assessment. On certifications, the page lists "ISO 27001 - The world's best-known standard for information security management systems (ISMS)" and "ISO 27701 - Built to complement ISO 27001, this standard specifies requirements and provides guidance for a Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) for personal data," with a "Click for ISO certification" link. On PCI it says "BitTitan data centers operating within Azure are PCI compliant, and around the world are AICPA SSAE 16 (formerly SAS 70 Type II) compliant." It states the company "can offer the EU Model Clauses to our European customers" and, on GDPR, directs questions and requests to contact@bittitan.com. Under Security the page describes Zero Deployment - "BitTitan products operate outside of the firewall and connect to messaging systems the same way any external user would. There is no need to install third-party software inside of your firewall or network." On Mailbox Data: "Mailbox data (including subjects, bodies, attachments, etc.) are not stored on our servers. In some cases, the data may be cached temporarily in order to optimize network throughput." Mailbox credentials are described as "stored using military-grade AES encryption." An Auto-Purge Policy is described: "If no migration has been performed within 90 days (either of your last migration or creation of configuration, whichever is later), we will delete the data from our servers. You can configure this to be a longer or shorter period." On data centres, the page says BitTitan "leverages Azure data centers" and that "Customers can select from a variety of data center regions in which migrations will be processed. We offer data center locations in Australia, Europe, North America, Japan, South America, and Southeast Asia." A BitTitan Security Overview White Paper is offered for download. Certificate numbers, audit dates and scope details are not published on this page; ask BitTitan for the certificate and white paper rather than relying on a summary. Public folder migrations run from Microsoft 365 and Exchange Server 2007+ to Microsoft 365 and Exchange Server 2013+. Teams migration is described as moving "Microsoft Teams to another Teams account or Teams Government account. Easily swap over your Teams, Channels, Files Chats and more." The page carries an explicit caution: "Some Sources and Destinations may not be compatible," and directs users to click a Source and Destination pair to see the licences and resources for that scenario. A Lotus Notes to Microsoft 365 Migration Guide and how-to videos are linked as resources. Whether a specific pairing is supported should be confirmed against this page or with BitTitan directly rather than assumed.
