Payments - Project work requires a 50% deposit, with the balance due upon completion. - Payments are non-refundable once work has begun. - Ongoing services are billed in advance each month. - Late payments may result in service suspension. - Ongoing services require 30 days' written notice for cancellation. - Work outside the original scope is quoted separately and requires written approval. For the Total Presence Plan, the setup fee and first month's subscription are due at signing, followed by automatic monthly payments. The plan has a 6-month minimum. After that term, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice. The setup fee may be refundable within 30 days of signing if the client cancels before approving the website design. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide content, images, and other materials on time; respond to feedback and approval requests within 5 business days; use original or properly licensed materials; maintain backups of important data; report issues promptly; keep credentials secure; and follow applicable laws. SMS Messages Clients who explicitly opt in during onboarding may receive transactional SMS messages about website leads, assignments, and account status. Clients may opt out by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Ownership and Transfers For project-based custom website builds, ownership of the custom design and project content transfers after full payment. Automate XYZ retains rights to its underlying frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Total Presence Plan websites are licensed during the active subscription. Ownership transfers after 12 paid months, or may be purchased between months 6 and 12 for a $1,200 buyout. A managed migration costs $600, while a self-serve code repository handoff is free and provided as-is. Domains and Google Business Profiles remain the client's property. When a Total Presence Plan ends, included hosting, business email, lead dashboard, SEO work, social posting, Google Business Profile management, and content updates end. A 30-day wind-down period, free content export, and free domain and Google Business Profile transfer are provided. Warranty and Liability Automate XYZ warrants professional services and will correct defects in its work at no charge for 30 days after project completion.
