Intelligent Infrastructure Model

The model has three integrated layers:

  1. Connectivity — Resilient, redundant networking that keeps the business running. Services include SD-WAN, managed networking, and security cameras.
  2. Communication — Unified, reliable connections with customers, partners, and teams. Services include hosted voice, unified communications, and revenue capture.
  3. Intelligence — The decision layer, where data becomes insight and automation drives outcomes. Services include AI engineering, IT security, cloud, and micro apps.

Audian architects all three layers as one integrated system, providing one partner, one architecture, and one point of accountability. The approach is designed to replace fragmented IT, voice, networking, and security vendors with a single accountable team.

Managed Internet Acceptable Use

Managed Internet Acceptable Use Policy

Audian's Managed Internet Acceptable Use Policy applies to residential Internet and Audian-provided WiFi services. Customers and anyone they permit to use the service must comply with the policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of service.

Prohibited activity

The policy prohibits illegal activity, infringement of others' rights, harmful interference with the service, and activity that degrades the experience of other users. Examples include:

  • Unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or copyright-infringing material.
  • Spam, phishing, forged headers, impersonation, and fraudulent activity.
  • Unauthorized access, security breaches, port scanning, password attacks, malware, and security-circumvention tools.
  • Unauthorized copying or distribution of proprietary software.
  • Operating public services or servers from the premises, including email, web-hosting, file-sharing, and proxy services, except as allowed for personal non-commercial residential use.
  • Reselling or making the service available outside the premises.
  • Network disruption, denial-of-service attacks, flooding, overloading, or attempts to crash a host.
  • Using the service for business, organizational, or Internet service provider purposes, except individual telecommuting.

Customers are responsible for their own compliance and for violations by people they permit to access the service. They are also responsible for securing connected devices and customer equipment.

Network management and data consumption

Audian uses network-management practices to address spam, malicious traffic, viruses, congestion, and other risks. These practices may include preventing spam delivery, blocking harmful code, and temporarily lowering traffic priority for users contributing most to current congestion.

The policy states that Audian does not currently apply a monthly data-consumption threshold, but reserves the right to adopt a different threshold or usage plan with notice.

Enforcement and copyright

Audian may investigate suspected violations and may remove or block content, filter transmissions, suspend service, or terminate accounts, with or without notice. Audian may cooperate with law-enforcement authorities and other network administrators during investigations.

Customers may not use the service to infringe third-party intellectual-property rights. Audian states that it complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and maintains a policy for addressing alleged infringement and repeat infringement.

Practical AI Engineering

AI + Micro Engineering

Audian engineers small, purpose-built applications and automations that address specific operational bottlenecks. Each system is supported by human accountability and oversight.

What Audian builds

  • Micro apps: Custom applications designed to solve one specific bottleneck.
  • Workflow automation: Reduces repetitive steps and manual handoffs.
  • System integrations: Connects tools such as POS, ERP, ServiceTitan, and practice software so data can flow between systems.
  • AI-assisted support: Enables faster resolutions and smarter routing while keeping a real person in the loop.
  • Data and reporting: Turns scattered data into the numbers needed for decisions.
  • Responsible AI governance: Builds oversight, security, and control into each system.

How the process works

  1. Find the friction: Map where time and revenue are lost in day-to-day operations.
  2. Engineer the fix: Scope a focused micro-app or automation around one real problem.
  3. Keep humans in control: Use oversight and guardrails so the customer's team remains in charge of decisions.
  4. Measure and iterate: Prove the outcome, refine the solution, and identify the next bottleneck.

Audian's approach is to augment people and reduce friction, not replace the humans customers rely on. Micro-apps run on infrastructure Audian already manages and governs, avoiding orphaned tools and additional vendors.
