Service agreement types

Billable services and minimums
Consulting and technical services are billable according to the applicable service agreement. Consulting may include meetings, planning, research, advice, training, phone calls, technical support, project management, documentation, and related work. Technical services may include installation, setup, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, networking, hardware, software, database development, and programming.
A one-hour minimum charge applies to on-site service. A quarter-hour minimum charge applies to remote and phone services. Remote services may also include a per-incident fee when ArcSource's remote access technology is required under the circumstances described in the service terms.
Payment terms
- Invoices for services are payable upon receipt.
- Hourly services may be payable immediately upon completion if requested by ArcSource.
- Recurring services are due on the first of the month through recurring electronic payment.
- Project services are divided into two milestones: project commencement and project completion.
- Late payments are subject to a 3% per month compounding penalty from the due date until paid.
- Clients reimburse expenses attributable to work performed for them.
- Hardware and software resold to clients are charged with applicable sales taxes and state-mandated fees.
- Hardware, software, or supplies purchased for a client are reimbursable, with payment due upon delivery or as otherwise specified by ArcSource, including in advance.
