Amazing Maids

The about page states

"Established in 1987, Amazing Maids and Cleaning Services has grown into a full-service residential and commercial cleaning company specializing in green cleaning. We are a small business, entirely family-owned/operated." Alongside cleaning, the page lists gutter cleaning, window cleaning and holiday light installation.

Memberships listed are the Sherwood Chamber of Commerce, the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International, Cleaning For A Reason, and Relay For Life. The number of employees, staff training details, background check procedures, licence numbers and insurance details are not published on the about page, though elsewhere the site describes the company as licensed, bonded and insured, using employees rather than subcontractors.

Amazing Maids does not publish a base price, hourly rate, or price list for house cleaning on its website. Prices for cleaning a specific home are quoted individually, and the site directs customers to the online booking form, which says "Add your information so you can see your price. Schedule and pay securely with your credit card, too." The FAQ page offers a "quick, no-obligation quote" by online form or by phone.

The one set of published rates is the add-on list that appears on the deep cleaning and move-out cleaning pages: Oven $49.00 per oven; Refrigerator $49.00 per refrigerator; Interior Windows $99.00 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft; Doors and Door Frames $49.00; Baseboards $49.00; Blinds $19.00 per blind; Change of Sheets $10.00 per bed; Finished Basement $79.00; Unfinished Basement $99.00; Garage $99.00. The services page adds one hourly figure: "But if you do want us to pick up, organize, or do other tasks before we start cleaning, we charge hourly at $59.00/HR/Cleaning Technician." The site carries the caveat: "Pricing May Vary Based on Market Conditions. For Current Pricing Visit our Booking Form."

Move in / move out cleaning is aimed at empty homes. The page says "Rest assured, every inch of your vacant home will be properly wiped, dusted, and clean" and that "This service is ideal for tenants looking to secure their full deposit return or for landlords getting their property ready." No guarantee about a security deposit being returned is published.

The published task list for living areas and bedrooms is: "Cobwebs Removed Through Out," "Flat Areas Damp Cloth Dusted (Including Window Sills)," "All Carpeting Vacuumed (If Any)," "Vacuum, Mop and Dry Hard Floor Surfaces," "Interior/Exterior of Closets," and "Stairs Vacuumed."
