- Intake and discovery: A paid workshop lasting two to five days turns goals into acceptance criteria. The team defines the target metric and how it will be measured. This stage produces a written scope, an architecture note, and a fixed-cap quote within 48 hours.
- Build: Claude and GPT are used to scaffold modules, migrations, and tests, while engineers own the resulting work. Code is documented and kept in the client's repository from day one. Weekly demos are provided.
- Paired review: Pull requests receive static analysis, security scanning, specification coverage, and AI review. A human must approve before merging.
- QA and release gate: Automated regression testing, exploratory testing, and an acceptance walkthrough are performed. Release is held until there are zero P0 or P1 defects.
- Production and monitoring: Deployments are blue-green, with observability and alerting on every integration. Incidents receive a post-mortem.
