A-Home Cleaning Services

The site is small - a home page, an about page, a services page, a blog and a sitemap - and a great deal that a customer might reasonably ask about is not on it.

Specifically, the site does not publish: the company's founding date or history, the owner's or any staff member's name, how many people work there, whether the company is licensed, insured or bonded, whether staff are background checked, any professional accreditations or memberships, customer reviews or ratings, photographs of completed work, a physical address, or an email address.

Everything not listed above should be confirmed directly with the company on 832-244-5652 rather than assumed.

• Window cleaning - "Our experienced team employs top-notch techniques to get the best sparkle for your dollar!"
• Gutter cleaning - "Protect your home from water damage and keep your gutters free from debris with our professional cleaning services."
• Pressure washing - "Nothing beats the transformative power of our professional power washing services."
• Siding washing - "House looking a little dingy? We can get your siding glowing again. Let us handle the dirty work."

The about page also refers to driveway cleaning and siding mold removal, which fall under the pressure washing and siding services.

This is exterior work

windows, gutters, siding, driveways. The site does not publish interior house cleaning, maid or housekeeping services, deep cleans, move-in or move-out cleans, or post-construction cleaning - despite the company name, none of those appear anywhere on the site.

It also does not publish commercial or office cleaning, roof cleaning, or solar panel cleaning.

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday: closed

The company is open six days a week, including full Saturdays, which suits homeowners who are out during the working week.

The phone number is 832-244-5652.

No street address is published anywhere on the site, and no email address is published either. This is a mobile service that travels to the customer's home.

The site does not publish specific Houston neighbourhoods, suburbs or surrounding cities served, how far it will travel, travel or trip charges, or a service area map. It does not state whether it works outside Houston. Those are answered by calling 832-244-5652.

Lists Frederick and Houston as a location. Names Texas as a service area. Areas beyond these are not published.

Both are "from" prices, so they are starting points rather than a final cost, and the actual price for a given house is not published.

No prices, rates or cost estimates are published for gutter cleaning, pressure washing, siding washing or driveway cleaning. There is no published price list for those services.

On pricing generally the site says services "shouldn't break the bank" and refers to "competitive prices".

To get a price or a quote for any service, the published route is the phone number 832-244-5652, during opening hours of Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The site does not publish what the window washing price includes - whether it covers interior as well as exterior glass, screens, tracks or sills - the number of windows covered, how a larger home is priced, minimum charges, travel charges, discounts for repeat or bundled services, or payment methods.

The company describes its approach as customer-centric - "we put you, the customer, at the forefront of everything we do" - and its pricing as affordable, saying services "shouldn't break the bank" with "competitive prices". Its own informal descriptions of itself include "We're not world championship good but we're close!" and "we're your squeegee swiping key to a cleaner home!"

The site does not publish the terms of the guarantee, what a customer is entitled to if unhappy, or how to make a claim under it.

It also does not publish whether the company is insured or bonded, whether staff are background checked, how far ahead work books, how long a job takes, whether someone needs to be home during the work, cancellation terms, what equipment or cleaning products are used, or whether products are eco-friendly. Those are answered by calling 832-244-5652.

Ask anyway — the agent will say plainly that it is not published rather than guess.
