32 Degrees Heating and Air Conditioning

The five principles published are:

1. "Repair Before Replace"
2. "Radical Honesty"
3. "Respect the Home"
4. "Do the Right Thing - Even When It Costs More"
5. "Built for the Vegas Climate"

"Repair Before Replace" is a commercially meaningful statement for an HVAC contractor: it means fixing a system where possible rather than selling a replacement.

The preferred brands are Bosch, RUUD and AC PRO.

The site also has a "Giving Back" page and a "Refer a Friend" programme, and membership includes referral bonuses.

The site does not publish the owners' names, team size, insurance or bonding statements, NATE or manufacturer certifications, review scores, or any service guarantee beyond the lifetime warranty on some member repairs.

Each service has its own page on the site.

Capacitor replacement, compressor repair and coil cleaning are listed as individual services rather than bundled into a general repair, so the site names the specific faults it fixes.

One of the company's stated principles is "Repair Before Replace", so a failed part is addressed before a whole system replacement is proposed.

The preferred brands published are Bosch, RUUD and AC PRO.

The site does not publish which brands or models it can install beyond those three, SEER ratings, manufacturer equipment warranties, or prices for any repair or installation.

The heating services published by 32 Degrees are:

• Furnace repair
• Furnace installation and replacement
• Furnace maintenance
• Heat pump repair
• Heat pump installation and replacement
• Heat pump maintenance
• Hydronic heating installation
• Thermostat repair and installation
• Emergency HVAC repair

Hydronic heating installation is worth noting: that is water-based heating, which is less common than forced air and not something every Las Vegas HVAC contractor offers.

Heat pumps appear on both the heating and cooling lists, since a heat pump does both.

Two of the company's stated principles are "Built for the Vegas Climate" and "Repair Before Replace".

The preferred brands published are Bosch, RUUD and AC PRO.

The site does not publish gas versus electric furnace specifics, AFUE efficiency ratings, boiler or radiant floor detail under hydronic heating, or prices for any heating repair or installation.

That covers Las Vegas and its surrounding communities, including Henderson and the Summerlin and Spring Valley areas. Each area has its own page on the site, broken down by service - for example Anthem AC repair, Henderson furnace repair and Summerlin heat pump repair.

Opening hours published are Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM - seven days a week - with 24/7 emergency calls available outside those hours. Emergency HVAC repair is listed as a service.

The Nevada contractor licence number published is 0088234.

This is a mobile service, so the North Las Vegas address is the base rather than somewhere customers visit.

The site does not publish travel or trip charges for outlying areas, emergency call-out surcharges, response or arrival times, or whether all listed areas get the same 24/7 coverage.

Lists Spring, Green Valley, Centennial, Enterprise, Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Paradise as a location. Names Nevada, Henderson, and Las Vegas as a service area. Areas beyond these are not published.

Members get 10% off repairs, 10% off heating and HVAC components and 15% off air duct sanitation - these are discounts off unpublished prices.

The site has a financing page but publishes no financing terms, lender, rates or approval criteria on it.

To book, the published routes are:

• The "Book Now" button on the site, which opens a booking form
• Call 702-635-9505
• Text 725-720-2912

The company is open Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with 24/7 emergency calls.

The site does not publish payment methods, whether there is a charge for a diagnostic visit, whether quotes are free, or warranty terms on labour.

The company's membership club includes a 15% discount on air duct sanitation, so duct sanitation is also work it performs.

Whole house air purifiers are fitted into the ducted system rather than being portable room units.

Filter replacement is listed as a service in its own right, and the membership benefits mention "extended lifespan of motors, evaporators, and filters" as a result of regular maintenance.

The site does not publish which air purifier or filtration brands or systems it installs, filter grades or MERV ratings, duct cleaning and sanitation methods, whether it does duct design or load calculations, air quality testing, or prices for any of this work.

What membership includes:

• Scheduled tune-ups for both heating and cooling systems
• Member-only pricing on parts and repairs
• 10% off repairs
• 10% off heating and HVAC components
• 15% off air duct sanitation
• "Front-of-the-line service when your system needs attention"
• Faster service during unexpected HVAC issues
• Access to referral bonuses when members invite others to join

On warranties, the site says some repairs "qualify for lifetime warranties, excluding consumable items like bulbs and filters".

The stated benefits of the tune-ups are extended lifespan of motors, evaporators and filters, and lower seasonal maintenance costs.

The site does not publish the exact number of tune-up visits per year, what a tune-up includes, cancellation terms beyond the 30-day renewal notice, whether membership covers emergency call-outs, or which repairs qualify for the lifetime warranty.

Ask anyway — the agent will say plainly that it is not published rather than guess.
